I suffer from severe depression and this really helps me. I like that it’s natural and I’m slowly trying to get off of antidepressants by using shilajit. I take 500mg every day but I think 250mg is enough for the average person.

Shilajit has hands down been the best with helping me waking up energized and ready for the day. I’ve always struggled with getting up early in the morning and Asha shilajit has made my life significantly better by having a great start to every morning. There are many more benefits I’ve experienced such as better digestion, less stress and more focus. From all the benefits, feel energized in the morning and been the best for me. One common theme thing I’ve seen with natural products is they don’t work. For me Asha Shilajit has worked wonderfully. I would recommend taking it regularly every night for the 3 weeks to results. If you have trouble with drinking it plain water due to the taste, try it with green tea. As for the serving go with 500mg. PS the spoon which is provided is very help :)

Shipping was fast and the packaging is beautiful. The product itself does exactly what the advertisements claim. I take 500mg about 5-6 times per week and WOW the difference is astounding! I feel like I have heightened awareness, little to no anxiety, and enough energy to tackle the day. I’m 57 and worked in construction since I was 21. I have back pain that was progressively getting worse and worse, and taking shilajit helped make that pain disappear. I went on vacation and didn’t take shilajit for around 10 days and noticed the difference from before and after. I recommend this product to everyone!!

I got the small size just to try it out and see if it was worth it and I can now say I’ll surely be getting some more. I’m surprised that it actually does last very long since you don’t need to take too much. The spoon helps a lot when it comes to measuring. Overall I see an increase in physical strength, that’s probably due to the testosterone boost that it gives you. Also just feeling a lot more relaxed and confident after I started taking it.
The only product that actually helps with deep sleep and naturally increasing energy.
